Field Trip This Saturday
Lowery Park Zoo Saturday January 24th

We will meet at the entrance to the zoo Saturday at 9:15 a.m. the White tiger Cubs will be on display from noon to 2 p.m. now so we have time to see the rest of the zoo first. Check out Directions HERE

Frame Day for the next exhibit at the ICOT Center is set for Saturday February 7th

Special Note About the February Meeting

Our February Meeting will be on the Second Thursday because I have another obligation but the rest of the year it will be on the First Thursday. I appreciate everyone's understanding

we will meet at Gate number (2) to the West of Cracker Country at 8:45

It has been suggested that we get a new projector but the cost is too much for us to do at this time. If you would like to make a contribution we need to raise more than 1500 dollars before we can invest in a better system than we currently have.

2009 Calender PSD file
If you are interested in a layer psd file that is 11x17 with room for images and the calender at the bottom I have created a file that is for sale to club members. the file on CD is $3.00 and I will bring a cd to the club meeting for pre-orders.

I am going to be starting up the summer classes again. We will be meeting on Wednesday evenings each week for classes on a variety of subjects.
Each week we will cover a new topic. It is fun and education in a small group environment. Classes will be $40.00 per week and classes are 7 to 9

Automatic Isn't Automatically Correct

This class will be held on the 24th and 31st of January at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve This two part class focuses on how to use your Single Reflex Lens Camera. We will walk you through the manual camera basics and lead you to a whole new world of creative possibilities. The class will cover: shutter speeds, aperture control, understanding the histogram, use of available light and the lenses. Bring your camera!! Cost: $70.00.
