February meeting is coming up and the theme is
" Black and White".
Join us Thursday the 4th at 6:30 p.m.
Create some great black and white images and bring them on Thursday.
Send your images to me by Wednesday night or you may bring them to the meeting. Please bring only 2 images. Theme related or your best images from the past month
Remember to size your files to no larger than 1024x768 at 100ppi and they should have your name in the beginning example of your files could be Example (Jim_Swallow_shopping_carts_1_0409.jpg)
It helps tremendously by having all your images together at the end of the year by you using the same method each and every month. Thanks
Field Trip February 13th
State Fair
Our February Field trip will be to the Florida State Fair on Saturday the 13th. We are going to meet at Gate 2 on the left side of Cracker Country at 8:30 a.m. Join us for a fun day of photography. Send us an email to let us know you are coming so we can look for you.
Yearly Project for 2010
It is time for everyone to commit to a yearly project. At the February meeting we will discuss some of the possible topics and by March everyone should have a theme for the year. This is a great exercise and I encourage everyone to participate. You can look at the themes for the past two years and see what some of the members have done before or come up with your own unique idea. Please give this some serious thought and bring your topic to the February meeting. If everyone will commit to participate we will have an awesome year of creative photography.
